The righteous monks, in a sequacious attempt to canonize their religion through the sacrifice of a heretic, spurred the townsfolk to barrack in a cacophony of outrage against the schismatic ethnographer - herself equally dismayed and amazed that her description of the local pious as so many ‘Osedax Mucofloris’ (bone-eating snot flower worms) would indeed induce them to confirm her unalloyed analysis.
