Quandary Resolution 4769
boondocks, capacious, verbose, cull
On the first day that I met my very talkative realtor, she assured me that she was "employed in this, the real estate industry, only temporarily while working on a 2000-page novel full of love, intrigue and all the other things that make life interesting", and when the listing for my big house was published, I recoiled at her use of the word 'boondocks' to describe my out of town location and begged her to cull the verbose text and to remove words like capacious which are not commonly known by the average person.
