Quandary Resolution 5106
snowbroth, repechage, utmost, matador

Manny had done his utmost to prepare for the Pleasantville Olympiad—jumping jacks, squats, and the like—but he hadn't chosen a sport, and now it was time:  he wasn't eager to ski in snowbroth, and he didn't like games with balls, and while he felt some affection for bullfighters and their swords, he didn't like games with bulls either, so in the end he decided to "borrow" a matador's estoque and use it to poke his way into a repechage among the town's second-tier fencers.
