Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 5435
inimical, carpe diem, plastron, comport

Carpe diem, for the tide is out, the moon is full, and plastrons can glide smoothly over damp sand, as the mother sea turtles comport themselves with great diligence to the task at hand of digging and laying their eggs, but they can do little to guard against waves, weather, and predators -- those things which are inimical to the hatching and survival of baby sea turtles.
