Quandary Resolution 586
sacerdotal, Sapphic, pied-à-terre, flagitious
"Violet tiaras, braided rosebuds, dill, and crocuses", intoned the sacerdote Sapphically, practicing in front of the bedroom mirror in her Roman pied-a-terre in preparation for her testimony in front of the Committee on Women's Ordination (all male and all ultra-conservative) who had called her behavior "flagitious" the last time she'd appeared, which was really rich, coming from a group with an unapologetic predilection for little boys.
