Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 631
obscurantism, disdain, conquian, perambulate
The four of us disdained anything electronic while we were there and so played whist, or conquian, or Go Fish, depending on our moods, swam in the pond (in between leisurely perambulations of the park), ate lovely things mostly from the kitchen garden, and indulged in shameless displays of obscurantism whenever our families telephoned to learn when exactly we were returning to the city.
