While hanging out in Valhalla, schmoozing with the valiant hoi polloi, Loki and Thor thought it would be a great idea to form a band and everything was totally copacetic until they had to think of a name: Loki wanted to call it the Theogonists but Thor thought the Plenipotentiary Master of Metal was soooo much better that they actually came to blows and Odin had to give them both a serious time out but Loki said “screw this”, headed to Earth and started a management company which explains the unearthly success of Bachman Turner-Overdrive.
