Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 7058
nuncupate, Montezuma's revenge, mandarin, trick or treat

I don't know if I was thankful or not, but I happened to have Montezuma's Revenge at Halloween this year, so I was unable to cater for the trick or treat kids who normally blight my evening on that festival day. I had planned to give them a bag of mandarin oranges instead of sweets - much more healthy for them, although no doubt they would nuncupate the action as being mean and unfriendly. Thus, good luck for both of us to have missed this auspicious occasion!
