Quandary Resolution 766
disport, disquietude, kapellmeister, vitiate
Disporting himself with studied insouciance amongst the boxes of hymnals in the sacristy, the sexton nevertheless felt a growing disquietude (even regret) as he saw the kapellmeister and her two dozen middle-aged singers ascend to choir loft, the effect of their simple, earnest harmonies about to be vitiated by the "Latin drums" setting he had activated on the electric piano the night before under the influence of a spare bottle or two of communion wine.
