Quandary Resolution 808
Fleet Street, Ishikawa diagram, tare, hypnagogic
When the editors of a Fleet Street rag retained a quality control expert to help them find the root cause of their frequent journalistic errors, they treated him to a customary liquid lunch where, with their boisterous encouragement, the former teetotaler six times drained his mug to its tare weight, falling into a hypnagogia so deep that when he finally tried to illustrate his professional conclusions, the best he could draw was a fishbone, wretchedly deformed and barely recognizable as an Ishikawa diagram.
