Quandary Resolution 865
bibliomane, Tom Jones, waggish, quixotic
On today's Bibliomaniac Blog, we learn that Tom Wattudge fans are about to be treated to the ninth volume in his popular "Famous Womanizers of. . ." series, which began almost forty years ago with the publication of his comparison of eighteenth century Henry Fielding's fictional Tom Jones with Giacomo Casanova and, after his latest work on mid-twentieth century legends (like the waggish Dean Martin and Hugh Hefner), has now landed squarely in the twenty-first with none other than Tiger Woods, which may or not be as quixotic a choice as some have suggested, depending on whether you prefer your targets live or safely dead.
